Thought I would check in with everyone here and let em know I'm 4 days away from 21, and Clayton sent me some stuff today. 2 64lb packages, and one 34lb'er.

Anyone know someone selling cheap 35's? Pref. 16" rim.

I saw the same thing. The two sites on the road we're reserved on are still listing as available for that weekend.

Here's the phone number for the park. 910-576-6391

I'm trying to work it so I can cut out of VA Beach at noon or one on Friday the 11th. Figure that'll put me around the area around 5 or 6. I can't stand setting up camp in the dark, so I'm trying to avoid that too.

I'm thinking about bringing my mountain bike. Anyone else enjoy a good two-wheel trail too?

Cool, I think we are gonna try to head out of Goldsboro around 2 that afternoon so we should get out there between 4 and 5.

I used to be big into mountain biking but got rid of the bike when I left Utah since there really isnt anywhere to ride where I am at now. So I don't even have a bike anymore.

That rounds out the camping cul-de-sac. Each site is allowed 6 people. Are the sites big enough to put two tents on? There is only supposed to be one vehicle to a site, but we could figure something out.

im game on bringing bikes :D i heard the trails around uwharrie are actually pretty good

you could fit 2 3 or 4 man tents on each site... i think the lower ones can fit more if you set up in the dirt instead of the gravel

i dont really think they check that sort of stuff... last time i camped i just showed up pitched my tent and left the next morning didnt reserve or nothing

Looks like we got a party for the nights! Parts are arriving at my doorstep daily now. Hope I can get the time to get all this stuff put on before the run!
