Indeed. Is there a simple method for removing the intercooler without draining the cooling/HVAC systems?

No simple method - maybe pulling the radiator first - but prolly take removing the grille and bumper, folding the ac condenser forward and out of the way, then the c-a\c heat exchanger

Hmmm. I may try with the grille and radiator removed. I need to flush the cooling system anyway. I just hit 24 months. Don't worry. I'll take pictures if I figure it out. I'll probably use a little B20 instead of ULSD. Slightly better solvent.
