A little over a month ago, I got the F37 recall done along with other various warranty repairs (time part of warranty was ending). I know...why did I have it done? I sort of felt like I was forced into get it done, since I have plenty of drivetrain warranty and CSC left. (I only have about 22K miles on it.) Anyway, I could really use some help and input on this problem.....I now have a vibration after the torque converter locks up at about 50MPH and continues to at least 70MPH. The vibration starts exactly when it locks an seems to fully go away when it unlocks. If I accelerate after the lock (apply torque), but not too much as to downshift, this vibration continues to increase in intensity. It is a droning, low pitched, humming vibration. Very annoying while I maintain speed on the highway. I'm sure this is not right. (BTW I did not have this vibration before the recall.)
I did take it back to the dealer last week. They called me back the next day and more or less told me 'no problem found/normal'. When I realized he wasn't joking, I asked if the tech would go for a ride with me in the morning. He said yes. Went there in the morning and the tech wasn't there, he was in class. They sent another tech with me, he did notice the vibration, but wouldn't say much about it. Left it there the rest of the day, they installed another intercooler hose (unrelated) and called me later to tell me it was done. However, nothing else was done with the trans. I will be calling the service manager on Wed or Thur.
The repair order says that I got the flashes, converter, filters and fluid... no pump.

I checked the fluid level...looks good, but I will double check it again after I get to work in the morning.
So...Did anyone else have this? Ideas? Fixes (from the dealer for now, not Suncoast)? Did anyone go thru multiple F37 converters? Maybe its bad out of the box. Or...could it be because I didn't get the pump?
Thanks in advance.
