Got off the phone with them. They have no idea. They also do not ship to APO. They tried to give me the typical BS about USPS but since I have been doing this for 12 years I know the system pretty well. I am still looking.

If they have done this development on our hose's, I cant' see our
mules listed anywhere.
Maybe they are just to busy to give a rats arse for us?
I would like a set of them but looking slim to none at the moment.

Do you expect to update their website overnight? Mark(who has been our goto guy), doesn't work in the IT department, doesn't work in the marketing department, all these things need to be pushed through.

Sir, you are probably right.
Even though I know how websites work, maybe they just don't have the people
to make the site. 6 people take a copy of the website, work on it, make it right.
Unplug original website, update it to new site??
Daughter in law worked for Disney. Made the new site based on the older site.
Old site was still running till they were ready to run the new site.
Course they had 72 people working, but still no excuse for small operation like
Samco.
Just my thought here is. I would like a set of the hoses but will not tolerate too
much more bull. they want to sell them or they do not. How much simpler can
I put it. Sides that with the EHM and SEGR my hoses are in pretty good shape still.
If you have any pull with them, you can tell them how I feel. Just been way too long.
Just my thoughts is all.

If you are tired with your perception of the way Samco has worked with us then you are under no obligation to purchase the hoses.

I have offered to help those out who cannot get normal shipping by shipping them myself.

Since the hoses are so new I suspect it may be a little while before all distributors know about the new product.

I'll be delighted to buy a US version of these hoses. It's much better than having the OEM hose fail in west nowhere.
