wasn't bad but it was enough to make me grab the girlfriend and get off the second floor and stick her under a doorway. This is my first earthquake and it was a minor 5.2. The aftershock was very minor 4.5 at 10:15, I was already at work sitting under a 300ft radio tower and if its comin down no desk or doorway will stop it  . I just sat here and watch anything loose rattle, shift, and squeak. A few buildings lost a couple bricks and some people lost chimneys. The news is saying that there is nothing to worry about and its not leading to larger quakes, but most everybody I've talked to hopes this doesn't lead to the New Madrid getting angry. Thanks for asking

We got the edge of one from South Carolina a few years back in Atlanta. My cat felt it and embedded her claws in my leg before I knew anything was happening. My groggy wife woke up and said, "Is someone opening the garage door?" I replied, "No, the garage door doesn't make the house shake sideways..." No damage then, but freaky as *&%$ if you've lived on the east coast your whole life.

I must have been sleeping pretty good. :D

Yeah, the news says some people felt it in West Michigan. But I didn't know about it until I woke up and heard it on the news.

I felt it here, but I was awake anyway. It actually vibrated my alarm clock off of the nightstand. I felt the other one at 10:50, as well.

Some people said they felt it where I live but I was sound asleep. My bed would have to shack a good amount to wake me up at 5am.

I felt nothing. Some peeps at work who live closer to the city (chicago) said they could feel it, but I had no idea.

I was in Louisville KY on business staying on the 8th floor of the Seelbach Hilton.
Was up at 5am and listening to news at 5:37am the Hotel building made two odd clicks as if it was settling.
A second later the shaking began, the hangars in the closet began to sway. The four poster rice bed's posts began to sway and the floor was vibrating. Whole event lasted for about 15 seconds.

Must admit the last time I was in one of these it was not on the 8th floor, Height certainly intensifies the experience!

I slept through the 'quake as well.

I've experienced one 'quake while staying at my brother's home in Newport Beach, California. Although what I felt (which woke me from my sleep) was not tremors, but a rolling effect, as if I were in floating in water as a wave passed under me. It was actually quite an exhilarating experience.

I too have stayed there. Nice hotel. It was one of the only highlights (well that and the Lousiville Slugger Museum) of my short stay in Louisville.
