I'm an early '06 buyer for the chip which came with wires dangling but no explanation.
I think I saw on the 'net an on/off switch so I can keep the chip all the time but being nice with the smoke
Does anyone has that setup for which wire does what?

Those wires were for setting the chip up at the factory, not for our use.
