Kelly was at Dale's place clearing trails for us last Thursday. When he returned to his Jeep, it just didn't look the same.

We attended services on Saturday.

Oh, and I let Kelly drive my Jeep part of the day so he wouldn't feel so bad.

He said he had no idea of what caused it. He parked it, came back later and that's what it looked like.

I am leaning toward torch job. I am not there to look at in person, but I have seen one or two of these (

) and I am just staing my o-pinion. Hope he had insurance.

Was there nothing at all near it? Certainly that XJ wasn't there, or any other vehicle within 50' or so. Most of the time guys park, it is together. Just like the picture shows all of the vehicles parked around the carcass afterwards. Was it left completely by itself, and no one discovered it allowing it to burn itself out? That is a pretty complete burn down & I am guessing no fire response due to the debris field.

geez, this is a real shame. that thing was a beast! kelly is a nice guy and its sad to see that happen to him. i hope this doesnt stop him from continuing to do what he's doing at dales place. ya know, i def. wouldnt rule out foul play here. especially because hes probably made more then one enemy chasing people off of that property or hand cuffing them to the shelter and calling the sheriff.

i've seen a few jeeps burnt.. and the cause for both of them was weeds (from going though fields) stuck up by the CAT and exhaust. or parked in a field when they were hot.. and come back and they're gone.. but who knows it could've been anything.
