Meeting time.

Ok everyone, time to get organized!

After a brief discussion with a few other members (they can speak up if they want or not) it has been decided that we need to have a meeting. It's been my experience from organizing other clubs (others that have done the same will agree) that if you ask everyone what dates and times are the best for them you'll get 100 different answers and nothing will ever get done. Therefore the date has been set for Saturday, December 10th. Location is TBA, but most likely be a restaurant near San Antonio or Austin as they are relatively central in Texas and the majority of our "members" are within reasonable driving distance.

If you can make it, please come, if not, we'll all miss you and a full report of any discussion or decisions will be posted.

If anyone has a problem with this, please speak up now or forever hold your peace.

Dec is no good for me, I'm a mgr in retail. Jan is ok 4 me.

Sorry I've been slow to respond.

Meeting is at The Gruene Dance Hall, December 10th from 6pm until we all get tired or bored.

Who's should we expect to be there?

I have Christmas shopping during that day according to my scheduler. :lol:

I can definitely make it earlier in the day. I just don't want to be driving back to Dallas too late. I can be there by lunch time at the earliest.

Well, two people does not a meeting make, so I say we postpone for now. Obviously people are just going to get busier for the next couple weeks, so how about we move to the second Saturday in January?

I can do that Jeremy now that I am settled into the new job, and maybe drag some of the Houston area types along for the ride.
