I think I read a while back that some of the first CRD frankenlifts included a daystar spacer front and back, but it was very difficult to install the spacer with the heavy OME 790 springs so ALLJ's discontinued including them in the kit. Current CRD FL gives about 2 1/4 lift.

Was anyone successful installing and running this setup?
How much total lift did it provide?
Any issues with it after install?

it wasn't installing the spacer - it was installing the strut - they would tear the CV boot - the spacer came installed in the preassembled strut.
and if you didn't tear the boot - it was okay - there are at least a couple that worked
(I don't remember who and I'm not sure of a good search for that )
