So what is the interval for cleaning, mine has 22000 miles and this is the first time, I've cleaned it, just noticed the mileage dropping this last tank?, also did the elephant hose, just haven't had the time to get under the hood. I have allways run low sulhur diesel and the highest grade of fuel that I could get?. :D :D

The real problem is that due to the design of the CCV system the rest of your intake is covered with the same stuff - you need the EHM or a Provent to stop it. - regular cleaning will help the sensor - but there's not a good way to clean the rest of the intake.

I think the owners manual recommends every 8k miles, I would check and clean it with each oil change, cheap easy prevention work that makes the Jeep run alot better.
