Are you sure that you are looking at the right wheel
I thought that those wheels had 3.75" B/S
That Crager is available in 4" BS (3975712) & 4.25" BS (3975712P), but not 3.75"
It took less than 60 seconds to check that out....

Cragers on NOLAKJ's measure 3.75 smart @ss
we though the same thing but when he was getting all kinds of rub we took off the spare and measured
and that took about 5 minutes and my tape measure is not wrong
besides that .25 to.5" will not be enough to count
remember I have the lift in question and also have tires with the same OD and about .5" narrower than the ones in question or at least really close
I have them on rims with 5.5" of BS and it is CLOSE so if I move the out side of the tire 1.75 -1.5" to the out side of the wheel well then my rear flairs would be TRASHED along with the fender liner and door jam
I guess you believe every thing you read on the internet?
Real world experience and some simple math along with a helping of common sense goes REAL far
My rims are in to the wheel well 1.5 to 1.25" more
my tires are .5" narrower so .25 of that on each side of center
add up the difference and presto you moved the out side of the tire 1.5 to 1.75" considering that I can not stick my hand between the tire and fender flair and it measures just about .75" and most tires have some kind of tread on the out side of the lug to grab stuff then you would have a problem with that last .75" to 1" and well the flairs would not like it
Now you could bump stop the hell out of it ,2"+ would do it but why?
just keep the OE wheels and run tires that fit
I hope I did not loose you with all that
