Me thinks you went through a little bit of mud :?

Does the KK have a pinch weld in the front wheel well like the KJ, I can't see from your pic.

I was just saying that I can't go look at my jeep right now, I am at work, and I had to drive the infiniti instead.
Infiniti is a car. Made by Nissan.

Shouldn't the rails go a tad bit longer on both ends to cover the rest of the black paneling? I guess those spots are pretty small to hit, but they aren't protected like the rest of the body. Is there a fit issue there because of the shape of those end pieces? They almost look like built in mud flaps. (the end pieces)

 I wanted them off. Im not a fan of that part of the lib.

i would like the rails to come out a bit farther, like a rock rail/ foot step

That would help get confirmation from the wife.

Unfortunately, that's as far as they can go because of the plastic coming down like mudflaps. Diggerfreak has the plastic removed on the other side, and it is possible to make the rails longer from wheel well to wheel well, but I would have to add some more steel plating to replace the plastic so it doesn't look stupid. Not going to be difficult to due, but it won't be a cheap option, which is the catch. Figure atleast an additional $150-200 to do this, but they will look sick. Just an estimate, hopefully not going to cost that much, but I would rather over estimate than under. Cost of steel has increased about 32% in the last two months, so until I can build a full set with replacement cladding, I can't give an accurate price. The nice thing about the KK over the KJ, you can use pre-existing holes in the pinch weld so you don't have to drill those, because that pinch weld is almost impossible to drill. Tough stuff!!

i do want them to stick out about ... 2" - 3" farther than that though. Or an added bar maybe. IDK, if i knew what I wanted, I would have asked for a custom make a long time ago.
