I've seen $5/gal diesel and an 80 cent differential between diesel and rug, I paid $4.699 compared to $3.899

I hate my government

I guess the only thing to be thankful about is we don't need racing fuel at $8.99 a gallon. The difference between RUG and Diesel is around 55 cents now but earlier this year we had as much as 90 cents difference. Funny how much the price varies region to region. Yesterday diesel was $4.55 in the St. Louis area.

I've been thinking about building a Ethanol Z, would be good with higher compression turbo charged setup.

I'm another ethanol hater. But a few gallons here or there for a spin around the block is ok.

Boy you guy's just counterdick yourselfs all the time, ethanol is good,if used in the correct apps, just like biodiesel, great for some but a joke for others. And yes biodiesel and ethanol would be the classified as the same,a temp fix for a ever evolving problem.

Please keep a civil tone here.

And yes, I hate ethanol in its current shape and form. In our previous discussion I noted that one reason I do not approve ethanol is because of use in NA engine.

A 3 Liter, twinturbo, running 10.5 compression with about 9lbs of boost would be wicked on ethanol. That would be a good application for ethanol.

Well, thats rather unfortunate in this case, phonetically spelling it made the meaning come out offensive.

Oh well, no harm no foul.

I guess IE might not, I've been using Firefox for so long now that I forget what other browsers are like. Too bad; it would make reading posts a lot easier.
