Well, It is late June and I have only completed one trail this year. I am ready for one and test out my new tires. Debating on a hard trail, moderate, or easy with tons of scenery. Looking to do one in the Idaho Springs towards Boulder area.

This Sunday. Anyone interested in joining me?

Most likely do an easy-moderate trail that even a stock KJ with skids, can do. I want to get some good pictures so no rush to complete the trail. Lots of scenic stopping for pics.

I won't be making this one,or any trail for the rest of the year but maybe as a passenger,my KJ is broken  ,.No front diff(being shipped to Florida next week),CV shafts, and front driveshaft. Not fixing it either since I'm doing the SFA and not throwing any money in the IFS anymore.Plus me and Marty have a lift install on the 22nd.

Here is the trail for tomorrow, Eldora Mountain. It is rated a 3 on Trail Damage and gets a high mark for scenery.

http://www.traildamage.com/trails/index.php?id=102

For those wanting to go and live in Aurora, meet at the McDonald's on Airport Rd and Smith Rd (just before you get to I-70) at 8:00am. Leave from there at 8:15 am.

If anyone else wants to go but lives in another area away from that meeting spot, let me know and we can set another meet point.

The plan will be to take Rte 72 (Coal Creek Canyon Rd). I have never been on it so I hope it is scenic.

Okay folks, if you don't tell me you are going to meet me at the rendezvous point, I assume nobody is going. I got up early, had a bad headache, nobody said they were meeting me, so I cancelled my trip.
