Is there anyway to get rid of this going off everytime at startup without a MOPAR tool?

I think you just hit the reset button.

Tap the Step button until it shows "XXXXX miles to service." I think yours should say "0 miles to service." After that is on the screen, press and hold the Reset button. After a second or two, it will reset.

You can also adjust the service intervals. Tab through the Menu button options and you'll see where you can adjust the different distance options.
