So i finally received my Frankenlift I from ups this week and now im itching to get it in. now after doing some reading in the site i have a few questions. i know it will take some time for the setup to settle but how long should i wait before getting an alignment?? or do i just get it done right away?? my next question is, i have heard of members adding rear top isolation pads to help level out the lift. now is this being done with the lift install or is it done after everything has settled??

You'll want to get an alignment right after and then again. Sucks but its better for your tires. I used 1 set of rear upper isos to level out the rear to the front. My front still sits like 1/2 or 1/4 inch higher than the rear with the isos. It took around 1,000 miles for mint to settle completely. I put the rear isos in after I did the lift and it settled, that way I could tell how far off everything was and what exactly I needed to get it to where I wanted it to be in the end after settling. You may not need them but chances are you will if you aren't running a front bumper or anything adding extra weight up front.

yes get the alignment as soon as possible, and the extra rear iso pads will help to level it out and you can add them any time and for that you wouldnt need an alingment and you can get them from your dealer for about $35, least thats what it costs me and there is a place online where they are only $10 but by the time you pay for shipping the dealer isnt that much more

good luck installing the lift! your gonna love it!
