Lemon Mushroom Schnitzel
Recipe for Lemon Mushroom Schnitzel:
6 veal schnitzels
250 grams mushrooms
50 grams butter or marg.
1 teaspoon cornflour
parsley or lemon slices for garnish
100ml water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons plain flour
3 eggs
breadcrumbs

Tenderise schnitzel, season and tip them into the flour, egg then finally crumbs. Heat margarine, and schnitzel, saute each side 3-4 minutes, then put them on a serving plate and keep hot in low oven. Add sliced mushrooms to leftover cooking fat and saute for approx. 3 mins, then pour over mixture of water and cornflour and stir until sauce is smooth, and season. Pour sauce over the hot schnitzel, garnish, and serve.

Have to think about location..

Glenn, (my brother the Plumber) is coming around Saturday to finish re-guttering and installing my water tank, that we didn't get finished Yesterday...

We may need to make it at my place so as he can do the gutters whilst we do the car..... Sorry if that mucks folks around, but, I've been waiting a year to get all this stuff done and he's finally doing it, I don't what to say NO again. He doesn't really need a heap of help, but, he will need some every noiw and again, so I'll have to be there. But that won't interfer with us changing out the diff. I must admit, my preference would be to do it at my place as thats where all my tools are, and if need be, shops closeby, if we need anything.

NOW> Thats a plan....... unless it rains, then, he won't be there, and, my driveway is no good to work in the wet, so we would need to be in a drier place.. Again, soorrrry, but, we will have to work around these things. I don't think rain is forecast, but, there has been a bit of cloud around.

I have no problems with that arrangement......... If it does rain then maybe my place would be more suitable. Or if you prefer to leave it until the following week-end??

All parts ordered, present and accounted for.
I will be bringing with me
1 x front diff
1 x CV shaft complete with CV boot (Drivers' Side)

Old CV shafts & drive shaft

1 x socket set (Inclusive of 36mm)
1 x GL (JaG)
1 x GF (Fros)
2.5ltres diff oil (Synthetic)

Please advise if you require further implements etc.

Squeeze a lemon, add hot water, dissolve in it a heaped teaspoon of honey, then add a generous slug of scotch. The lemon, honey and hot water are optional.
