"They now have the correct spacers to fix this problem"

And which ones would that be? are they on the site?

Let us know if you get those spacers to work, early on the libby had a 1" daystar rear spacer set....it vanished.

Daystar told me the only diff between the two is a coil spring winding issue. HA HA HA ...Bull-Crap!!

Clint,

All J sent me an e-mail saying the "fix" are shims, $14 each, and you need 4 of them for 3/4 inch.

Do you take the spring loose to insert these shims or drive them in with a hammer like a steak into a vampire???

They didn't elaborate in the e-mail. They didn't use the word "spacer" either.

I'll have them next week. Not sure what they wouldn't, just a 10mm poly spacer/shim

Sorry I have not used the spacers. I have never really looked at mine to see if it is level or not. I am using the new ship they are shipping with the Frankinlift and have not seen any problems on my Jeep.

if you guys are having problems add anything under the spring...remove the sway bar and they will haelp a lot and then reinstall it when done. or just use a small bottle jack between the bidy and the lower control arm. Hope that helps. Later...Clint

I have just recieved the spacers and from first impressions the central hole is only 10mm too small, It will fit over the bump stop but not the area that the bump stop is fixed to so it will get a hole saw and drill it out a bit over the weekend and take some pictures for you once its installed under the rear Upper spring isolator

Ok Guys,

Not to give away the secret, but Quinn and I made a set of Old Man Emu TJ shim packers work on my 02. I used OME struts for my frankenlift, and with the way our strut is constructed, it made the front a little higher than the rear when comapered to the Rancho strut. I have access to tons of shim packers here that we sell, and realized the TJ is the best fit. Each of them is 10MM and I put 2 UNDER the factory buffer on the top half of the spring. YES, you need to bore the hole out slightly to make it fit, and the OD is slightly less than the factory pad, but I've had mine on since the Barstow run we did for 4WD and SUV and have had zero issues...and I'd guess I wheel mine more than about any of us with my job. It does make it a pain to get the spring back on, but as Clint said, use a bottle Jack on the arm to push the Axle down and it'll go right back together. Easy & Cheap to do, and it'll get the sag out of your butt.

Later,

I got a set from All-J the other day and put them in. Not hard at all. Just use a bottle jack or the jack inside the jeep to spread it out.

Sorry man, gotta get em from Quinn at All J or another ARB Distributor. Quinn can cut the hole for you, though.

I knew you were gonna say that.

"Quinn can cut the hole for you, though"

That means I can just install them and not make them fit myself?

last I here they only have a few left.
