Looks like a great time! I could sure use some of that dry weather after our bizarre, unpredictable summer we've had.
How much did she overheat and what were the conditions? (gauge position when you noticed, air temp, steepness of grade, your speed up the grade, how long the uphills lasted)

Well I don't know the exact steepness of the grades. The hardest one to get up was about 4 miles long and was pretty steep. The speed limit was 60, and it pulled it at 45 at the top of the hill. The engine temp gauge peaked at just below the 3/4 mark. The outside temp was near 90-95F.

Uffe, thanks for the comment. The weather was definitely hot, but it was worth it. We had some good running quads that day too. Mine is the white Suzuki on the end of the trailer.

mileage takes a masive hit with the rack on it, even when the basket isn't on there.

I understand that milage takes a hit with a rack on top, but there is limited space behind the seat for gear. We take the Jeep camping often, so we just leave it on for extra room when needed.
