You may also notice that I painted the "Willys" logos on the hood to match the white logo I did on the tailgate.

Could you have switched the insides around on the turn signals? That way you would still have the original look.

I could have done that. The "original" turn signal is period correct, but it's not factory. The CJ2A didn't originally have turn signals so the switch that was on there was aftermarket anyway. It did have more of a "vintage" look to it though.

UPDATE 9-3-08

I figured I better post these pics in the Willys thread too...

Here are some pictures of this past weekend. I towed the Willys from my parents house where the Willys has been in storage to my house. It now has a new home in my garage :D The KJ did a nice job of towing the Willys over the 110 mile trip.
