I'm going to go out and brave the cold (8F) to rotate my tires (1st time). But I can't seem to find the required lug nut torque any where. Can one of you guy's please let me know the answer?

I'm sure I'll be in several times to warm up and check back.

Thanks!!!

I torque them to 90. I seem to recall it being 80-130 or some wide range. Since several of my cars were 90, I stick with that number.

I usually get them pretty tight with the factory lug wrench, now that ive gotten a torque wrench, ill do 85-90. I think 100 is to much b/c its way to hard to get them off when your on the side of the road with the little factory lug wrench in the jeep.

I think it is 85-105. It is in the owners manual.....or I am pretty sure, that is where I found it.

Service manual calls for 85-115 ft lbs. (2003 manual). I use 105.

Thanks Guy's:

My torque wrench only goes up to 75 Ft-Lb's. So I got them all to 75 and then gave them a little more. So I should be in the 90 Ft-Lb area.

Thanks again.

You're gonna need a bigger wrench.

One of those X lug tools works perfectly. Plus, you can spin it and really get them off in a hurry. Haven't had a lug I couldn't get off with that tool.
