I currently own a Jawbone with the metal ear piece, I works OK in my CRD (running ORM) and most rental cars as long as I don't have a Desk Jockey with a soft voice who doesn't want to wake up any light sleepers in the next office cubical. Add in a noisy road or a working piece of construction equipment and I can not hear them.
Is this headset any good: Motor Trend MAX 4X Bluetooth Headset ?

I appreciate the reviews of the over 50 year old members, ORT drivers, other diesel drivers, and Combat Veterans who do not have Bionic Hearing that can hear a pin drop next to an F-15E take off .
The advertising reviews and hype is more useless than Negative Political Adds.

I use a Motorola 375 with my Blackberry Curve and it works fine on the road. My hearing is bad from working in a garage on trucks and heavy equipment for many years. When the noise in the garage is too much, going outside the bay door works fine.
