I know there is a lot of old guys, rednecks, and young guys around here. And if I know anything, most everyone in here is a kid at heart, and appreciates a good story, involving gas. So, here's the highlight of my day.

Well, I woke up this morning (1130-ish), and put on some warm clothes, got the dog on the leash, and headed out for a walk n' poo.

Not 50 yrds into this, and the dog (Ozzy) stoped at least 20 times to pee.
Then once that was out of the way, we got along some trees, and he stopped, squatted, and that was it. Nothing...

So he stayed there for about two minutes, then tried again. I swear, I could see the concentration in his eyes. Just then, I heard a loud poot. I'm not talking like a normal loud, I am talking one of epic porportions.
and my dog, while squating, somehow bent his head around to his rear, with the most worried look on his face, and began walking in circles, two or three times, for what I am assuming to find out what made that noise.

At this point, I am talking on the phone with my wife, well, trying to anyway, I couldn't hold it. this was way too funny if you knew my dog. He's so special. He just could not figure out where the heck that noise came from.

I know its wierd, but this was seriously the highlight of my day. Now I am at work, doing nothing...or this, because I was doing nothing. I just thought I had to share that with someone.

MY wife's old dog used to do something similar. She would pass gas, then immediately jump, smell her rear, then take off like a scared mouse.....it was hilarious everytime, never got old!!!

Dog farts are hysterical...until someone loses an eye. My sister used to have a rescued Greyhound that would blow farts that sounded like an airblast coming out a 6' long PVC pipe. It would just hose out and the room would CLEAR. Never smelled it's equal. We'd light matches to diffuse the smell...surprised the house never went up from the gas igniting.

my dog Cabo has all but mastered the poot & run. He'll occasionally do the infamous "cropduster." I can understand the look on the faces. Dogs can't hide that, I just did something wrong / guilty of something look.

aren't they wonderful.
