tighten the rear upper shock bolts a little tighter or slide a washer up in , not too many have any problems with Ranchos, but maybe.....more than likely thats the problem though, crank em down tight

Retorque the upper shock mount bolt to 85-95 ft. lbs. and the rattle should go away.

When I put my lift in (used rancho rear shocks) I put one washer on each side of the eyelet of the shock. I used fender washers, not really a specific size you have to use.

I never had that problem when I installed my lift. I used an impact gun to crank down my ranchoes into place.

Top of the shock, between the sheet metal and the shock mount.

I had the problem with my Ranchos as well. If you aren't going to add a washer you may be able to do it with an impact wrench with an extension or a breaker bar with and extension. It is easier to get the torque on it if you take the tire off though.
