CRD Sightings

I spotted another CRD in Augusta, GA on 10/7 in the University Hospital parking deck, South Carolina plates, red metallic paint. I left a business card on the drivers window to see if the owner was interested in discussing his diesel Jeep. I received a very excited email reply from Shawn the next day. I encouraged him to join L.O.S.T. asap

Dark Khaki CRD Limited driving westbound on Highway #1 from Hope, BC, to the Whatcom exit in Abbotsford. I was in the other Dark Khaki CRD Limited right behind you pretty much the whole way.

Out in the parking lot about 30 ft from mine. Black limited CRD with the roof light bar and Virginia tags.

I could be "winter2", but he does not post much here, and is more active on other sites. If I remember, he lives up off of 270 somewhere.

On 11/13/08 I saw one on Southbound I-83 getting off exit 4, it turned east and took off. It was foggy and dark and it looked like some shade of red.

Saw a blue CRD Limited heading north on A1A in Cocoa Beach yesterday. Probably on its way to watch Endeavor lift off. It was a pretty neat night shuttle launch along side a full moon.

I will be heading to Macon GA on Friday and Jacksonville FL on Sunday and Ocala on Monday and back to Ponte Vedra Beach. Tuesday morning I will be heading back to Macon. Sunday to Winder GA and then on back to DC area. I will still have the German tags on it so keep a look out.

Heading back down to FL and GA and as far south a Kennedy Space Center. I leave next Tues and return north on the 31st.

I'll be leaving the space coast and heading north for some snowy fun in upstate NY.

BTW, if you want some biodiesel, Glover Oil on US1 in Melbourne sells commercially produced stuff as B20 or B99.

Inferno Red Limited CRD in the parking lot at Carribou Coffee on Fairview Rd (not far from SouthPark), in Charlotte North Carolina this morning around 8:15 am. Vehicle looked pristine and had NC specialty tags with "Mr. Jims" on it.

Try the B20. It gets a little cold around here some evenings and I have never had any gelling issues with their B20. 20% also seems to be the sweet spot for mileage in my CRD.

we've run b20 down into the single digit temps with no problems....

I saw a black Liberty CRD Sport with a "Life is Good" tire cover filling up at the Flying J just south of Harrisburg, PA. Couldn't get mine positioned in time to say hello though...it was cold out there.

It was the only other CRD I saw on my trip from central FL to upstate NY.

I had to tank in Gainesville yesterday. I barely made it into Melborne and turned around. I must have passed 40-50 KJ and not a single one was a CRD.

Parked right in front of a red CRD when I was at the barber shop. He was getting a haircut as well. He lives in NY and winters down here in Fl. Tows a 5400 lb boat behind his CRD.
