Oh it's street legal assuming it has working DOT safety features. Engine HP and mechanical mods have nothing to do with making a car illegal. I know a guy who would beat that car and his ride is street legal.

Nope.

712ci Pontiac built by Sonny's racing engines w/ 2 stage fogger / 250 shot of nitrous producing 2000+ HP. As for weight, my friend wasn't sure, his brother isn't available for questions.
