The CRD has two electric fans one in front of the condenser and the other behind the radiator. Both seem to be operating, the one in front is brand new.
I put that ARB bumper back on, ran down the highway with the ac on and she move towards the red zone in about the same timeframe as before. Drove back home and had dinner. Drove down the road again without the AC and she hovered in between 1/2 and 3/4.
So the AC definitely has impact on it and the ARB was never a problem before.
