Quick question about the remote start. Just recently, my remote start system (the one that came stock with the vehicle) has started acting funny; it takes 4 presses of the button to start. I tried my spare key, just to see if it was the battery, but that did the same thing. Anyone else have this issue in the past?

Nope I have not... but what I have experienced is the lack of response from the transponder in certain locations.... maybe you could try the remote start on a different place?

You wouldn't be saying that if you had my dealer's service dept. to deal with. Ugh.

find a different one. I haven't read about the factory start system, but it is probably linked to the wcm like the reg key fob, if so, it is the wcm and there is a tsb
