We actually got record snowfall here in Vegas yesterday. Mount Charleston got over 11" in 24 hours. They closed the airport because they don't have snow plows or de-icing equipment   (it costs millions of dollars to purchase the equipment and they only need it every 15 years or so). I guess if you had to be stuck somewhere, Vegas is a good place to be. Even if you sleep in the airport you can still play the slots  . The freeways were practically a parking lot because there was an inch of slush on the road and no one here knows what to do when the roads are even wet  .

You're pull my chain....

X2

Nope. Since we only get about 6 inches of precipitation per year it really freaks out people when the roads are even wet. And the airport really has no snow removal equipment. Not even an old dump truck with a plow on it
