Sundance Customs Bumpers (again)

Well... I've all ready filed with the USPS in their mail fraud division....they said that it was processed... :roll:

Yeah my Special Design.... A stinger and a winch! :roll:

I've called his home phone and his wife just says He's not here... Probably been answering the phone like that for over a year now.... Shady!!!!

I think the next step is to go to Utah and really get some answers....

Bummer you still don't have it. IRC these bumpers were offered for $650-ish?

so glad I didn't send this guy money. Send lawyers, guns & money. Forget last part. Sounds like a club road trip is needed. Imagine a couple dozen or more LOST members sitting on his lawn demanding refunds to all affected. Thinking late night. Light it up.
Hope this works out for those affected.

I really just want to know what the heck is going on with Jason...
I send the guy e-mails.... and nothing......... I send him my phone# to call me.... nothing....

He said before that he didn't have a phone.... BS! it wasn't to hard to find a phone number for him... So how hard is it to pick up the phone and make a phone call????

Ask an lawyer what can be done as far as the legal system goes. I wonder if a judge could order him to contact you? Then if he didn't he would be in contempt of court. Don't know, just a thought.

What I do know...Not much, but this might help.

Even if you bring someone to court, If the Judge finds you in favor.
The court system will not help you collect. It sucks, but they can't really make someone pay you.

Findings... It probably would not be worth it. He probably does not have money in his name.

Better choice. Find some people, and act on getting your money's worth out of this guy some other way.

There are some things that I can do legally.... I'm going to write a letter to Mr. Haslam..... after that... a whole pile of crud is coming his way!

Find him guilty in court and he loses credit for a lot of things in life. You may not get your bumper or money, but you hurt him bad. A criminal record.

If you have the patience, you can make his life miserable. And if you can check the business license, etc... and find any other names on that, or a loan in the company's name with a co-signer, or any other person tied to this "business" you can go after them to keep him from hiding his stuff in someone else's name. Purely hypothetical, but could you imagine getting, say, his father in law dragged into this for having money in the venture, or owning the property where the business was run? Anything like that would be such a good payback.

so called legal"justice" IF you get him to show in court. AND prove with receipts ,letters, pictures , in writing facts signed by him..not e-mails and documents ( certified mail ) showing attempt to contact AND prove he is ignoring you ( again- no e-mail ) and prove he is in fact defrauding you and/or HAS already defrauded. He can say anything about time it takes to "create " customs..and no actual time given for delivery of product,blah blah.. thejudge would probably give him 6 months extended to work on project and then he could appeal and delay another 6 months and IF found guilty..most likely would be reduced to judgment which means you still don't get paid or a bumper. In the mean time file bankrupt on his business. I would LOVE a road trip to Utah !! Spread 50 -100 Libby's across his lawn with P.O.'d members and the welder would magically start working again and he might even mount it for free :lol:

people like this make it hard for small business to survive..and hard for working people.. $600+ is no small change on my budget and problems or not..live up to commitments or refund money :evil:
