Finally found time to put the bumper on.Got all the welding and bolting done.Tomorrow I cut up the old bumper
to finish it off a lil bit.

Yea,I have some black aluminum diamond plate to inlay.Also going to make a new air foil for the roof rack with the same stuff.

Good choice. I would have filled in the gaps myself. Once that is done you may have the best looking bumper on a KJ I have seen. Also I mounted my front turn signals without any of that original body/bumper that goes around them. I drilled out the inside screw hole to fit a thin allen head bolt and used a few washers to hold it in place and bolted it to the body. There is a rounded off square hole right below the headlights that works perfectly. I didn't like having that extra material hanging on there.
