Do you mean to receive standard tv broadcasts over the air? I don't believe so no. There are satellite TV options! And why are you watching tv when you drive! lol

because its fun! lol if you have it installed they are supposed to wire it up so that the vehicle has to be in park or have the e-brake on for the tv to work....but of course there are ways around that....not that anyone would do such a thing...
