That sucks man, but try to take it easy on her, I've been in her place and she is going through a hard enough time on her own... Then again, I might be a parent in a few years, and the more I think of it, I would be PISSED, so throw the book at her! LOL

More importantly, how old is she and is she single?

(sorry, I'm feeling a bit facetious today- though I really do hope she is well and everything gets sorted out as pain free as possible)

Hope she's alright

Both my step daughter and my grand daughter are doing well tonight. Unfortunately for the Libby it is going to be stuck in Albuquerque for a while till it gets fixed. You can't hardly tell its been in a accident. But they say it probably received about $3500 to $4,000 in damages. I will see for sure tomorrow. The car that hit it did not fair near as well. These Libby's are well built and can take hits thats for sure. Yes it was my step daughters fault and yes I am taking it easy on her as her mom has not.

Sorry to hear..hope you have better luck in Albequerque than I am in Vegas. Mine at Integrity Jeep..accident on 1/28, says work will start wednesday. Only good thing is it wasn't my fault. Wait..... So ..She went to NM FROM Denver?? you are in Vegas?? Where was the libby when this started?? No biggie..just a little confusing.remember nobody's got hurt and that is most important. how old is granddaughter..if she is young and scared that may be punishment enough for the mom...but at least get the deductable from your daughter

I quoted you because you said, these libby's are well built and can take hits thats for sure. Honestly if you have the limited then maybe, hell my sport got ate through on the front end like it was nothing cost me a little over $2200 to get mine fixed after some butthole (My sister) stops in the middle of the road to text. I don't think the libby's are that well built and could have a little more metal on the front then all that darn plastic! I hope your step-daughter though learns accidents do happen it's just what we do afterwards that matters. At least she told you instead of hiding it! :)

buy an arb or RL front and rear, then fabricate some sort of cross member structure to brace the front to the rear bumper, that doubles as as rocker level sliders, then bring a bar from the sliders up between the front and rear door and across the roof that acts as a center roll support

i can see it in my head! yes yes.. i see repainting the bumper while parked ontop of anything it touches.. yes

it's

beautiful..

Well it took out the Dodge Avenger, and it has taken out a Dodge Mega cab, both with minimal damage to the Libby. I would say yes it takes hits well.

After typing this I realized that it must have a thing against Dodge! lol

I ask the shop as well as insurance about the after market parts on it, since the front suspension took a good hit. Passenger side upper and lower control arms are gone..........................wonder if I could get AL's put on it instead? hummmmm I keep thinking I should just go to Albuquerque and tow it back to Vegas do the work myself and use the check to do so and do what I want with the front end.
