Well here it is...................

For any of those you wish to see it.The one above came out of my brand new D30A when I installed my DTT(the diff is now under JL Rockies KJ).I wish I had a regular D30 carrier to compare it with, maybe soon since the D30 carrier is a different part# then the D30A carrier.

For those that are considering adding a lunchbox style locker to the D30A(highly advise against it,Aussie does to) you will need to completely remove the front diff from the KJ,and you will need to completely remove the carrier also. Why? Well the center pin needs to be removed to install a lunchbox locker and the D30A carrier uses a roll pin to keep the center pin in and not the normal bolt.Have fun removing the roll pin also, you will need to drill it out.

Top view, the roll pin is way bigger then this opening(small hole on the left side)...................

And they mushroomed the other side also to keep the roll pin in place...............

Have fun,it's going to be alot of work installing a lunchbox locker in a D30A,oh and the backlash will need to be set again since the carrier has to be removed, might as well spent the extra $100-$150 and get the DTT installed  .

Oh by the way my D30A carrier is for sale so anyone can com pare or attempt install,$25+S/H.This a 4.09 gear carrier also.
