Ok I figured it out. Aside from the rough idle. I was also getting some vibration and the exhaust seemed to be getting louder. The belt, plugs and vacuum lines were fine. I decided to take a close look underneath. Turns out, I bent my tranny skid into the exhaust pipe.
I took it off and pounded it with a sledge, put it back on and it runs and sounds like new.
I don’t know how they are related but it was definitely running rough before I separated the skid from the exhaust.
Thanks for your ideas guys. It helped me narrow it down without going to the stealership

When you picned the exhaust, that made the hole for the exhaust to escape narrower, which in turn, would create more pressure as the exhaust is trying to squeeze through a smalled opening than usual. Now that you've pounded the dent back out, you have a happy jeep again

Make sense?
Would have to wonder how that effected your MPG driving it like that....
