I have not used these filters but heard they are pretty good. I am also getting ready to switch to synthetic oil (36,000 miles). Do I need to do any kind of flush? What type of oil are people using. I know. Loaded question.

Hope this saves people some money and thanks in advance for any advice.

Good find on the filters. They aren't as good as they used to be, but still a better choice over Fram.

You won't need to do a flush of any kind when you switch over. I run Pennzoil Platinum 5w20 on my 06 with 87,000 miles on it.

If you want to do an engine clean, I'd take a look at Auto-RX. Reviews are on Bob is the Oil Guy.
