Well I checked with several Wal-Mart stores and they all said "we can't get those tires". So I ordered mine from tirerack.com for $86 each. I can't describe how much I love these tires. They truly transform the KJ. It's amazing. Screw paying $151/each for the BFGs...this is my new favorite tire.

Yep, those tires are very good, Now that i use it for 4 mount. i can say that they are very good. Even in snow.
Little rubbing at full turn for me, but nothing to write to my mother.
And the price...amazing !
Go at general web site and fine nearest dealer. That's is what i've done.
See you.

Anyone else had experience with these in snow or mud? Any experience with long-term wear on these (something the BFGs are well-known for)?

Well I personally have seen BFGs with 50,000 miles on them, and by that time they are completely shot and look like racing slicks. These Generals have a 60,000 mile treadlife warranty so I don't see how you can go wrong, especially when you consider they are nearly HALF the cost of BFGs.

My Generals weigh 42.5 lbs. each (the tire itself). I weighed my stock Goodyears and they are 25 lbs. each. I can't believe how thin, flimsy, and cheaply made those factory Goodyears are. It's ridiculous. I'm so happy to have a thicker stronger AT tire on this thing now.

Does General Make a Mud Terrain that is similar to the BFG KO's? I noticed that the General Grabber AT's have a very similar tread patter to the BGF KO AT's.

No, the General Grabber MT is a different looking tread pattern than the BF Goodrich MT.

Tire shop put 40 psi in mine too. I dropped it down to 38 psi but I'm thinking about going lower. 34 psi would be about right for these Jeeps.
