It’s been almost month since I put a lift under her. I now finally have picks to show her off.

Yeah lets get a few more shots of the shackles. Where/How did you get them in black?

What OME part numbers did you use for your front struts and rear shocks? I'm in the final stages of planning my lift using the Daystar 2.5" spacer kit, keeping my OE springs, and am on the fence between OME or Rancho Struts and Shocks.

I like the front shackes. I got the same type of effect by attaching some 9200lb rated shackle grab hooks to the two tow loops on my front mount receiver hitch :D

Thanks guys. I'll get some more pics and write up about on the shackles up tomorrow. The found the black ones at Tractor Supply Co. Richard: I think there’s one in Midlothian, VA

As for the struts and shocks I have the Rancho RSX's. I have RSX17507 up front and RSX17004 in the back. The lift is by using Daystar 2.5" pucks and Old Man Emu 948 springs in the rear. Check out this thread http://www.lostjeeps.com/forum/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?t=3298&highlight= Or look up Boxhead’s thread http://www.lostjeeps.com/forum/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?t=3099 He duplicated my setup.

Jason

Thanks for the part numbers. I was actually in those threads earlier and just glazed over when the information was right in front of me. It's good to verify the actual Rancho part numbers because local shops have given me the wrong numbers for the Liberty. I couldn't remember the right ones, but I knew the shops were wrong.

Tractor Supply Co. has a lot of good stuff. That's where I got my grab hooks and I did see the black shackles when I was there too. They have a thick black coating of some type on them, but are more of a shiny steel if the coating gets scraped off.
