It seems those dang nutzerts are a bit off from KJ to KJ,the holes on my Gecko rack lined up just fine and they all have been built on the same jig.I can't remember who's roof got chosen for the jig measurements.

I was trying to reem them in too, but there wasn't enuff room. I think im gonna have to make the holes bigger. I can get 1 bolt on every side perfect, and the drivers side front I couldn't get any of them in with out them going in at a bad degree/angle, was worried id screw up the nutzerts. so that side will definitely have to be made bigger. As far as lights yes, just deciding which ones to get.

Looks slightly bent upwards. I wonder if you bend it down a little, it may fit.

That looks great! It will look even better painted and mounted. That' s the very one I have had my eye on. Does it some standard with the tabs in back? (guess that's a better question for Troy or Marty but maybe they will chime in).

I think those holes being off are going to be a universally random problem with anything rigid being put on the roof's of our KJ's. I've got the same concern with the rack I'm building to my roof. I guess the only thing you can do is die grind them into slots at the time of the fitting. Hopefully everyone has a tool to do this but I bet some won't.

I bet everyone will have to make some adjustment, and some will have to make adjustments to most of the holes.

Anyway, sweet lookin' rack, congrats!

That is my favorite KJ rack out there. Nice and low, minimalist. Love it.
