I have been looking in my local area for a YJ or a XJ. I have found a few that were pretty good shape and price.

One guy has a 91 YJ and a 90 YJ. Both 5 speed 4.0L but the 90 has a bad tranny. He is selling both for 1,500
I was thinking about grabbing that one and drop the tranny and swap it over and build the 91 YJ
The 91 YJ also has a spring over with 33's mudders.

What ya guys think?
Standard YJ rust. Engin in great clean shape. Inside normal seat tear and stuff like that. Hard top and bikni.

i've had 2 xj's & am on my 2nd tj & LOVE the tj's much more. besides, you have your liberty (WAY BETTER than the cherokee's IMHO), get the convertable!!!
