nope, just 2 screws to hold the side shield

I, like SilverKK, ignored the side holes. I positioned the shield so that it couldn't rub, bump or touch the frame in any way and tightened it down by the lower bolt. Seemed sufficient to me. Very easy to do with a socket set and some lubricant for the IAT sensor, that was the hardest part for me. Good luck.

very nice... my question is the extra bolt attached to the bottom grommet... did you have that separate or did it come with the kid
