i've been playin it for like an hour best score i got so far was 4090 something at lvl 10

by getting lucky and trying to get like 3 kids and an elder at the same time on the initial sneeze blast

try to get the kids going in 2 different directions and the elder around several adults and you'll get a good infectious propagation

..... this sounds horrid! hahaha
