Well, I guess that we were being treated this way at the Rally for Life because we own the "wrong" Jeeps (not Wranglers). But some day if we got the "right" Jeeps (Wranglers) is this an organization that we would join (M. Buddys)?

I was within 20 feet of Rob Eldridge when he was acknowledging the groups that were at the Rally for Life. He recognized the Fat Boy Jeepers, the Muddy Buddys, someone mentioned "LOST" and he responded with the Lost Valley Jeepers, then someone nearby mentioned the "LOST Liberties", and he just ignored that and went on speaking. What a guy!

I have wheeled with some of the Muddy Buddys on a couple of occasions and they are not like that. They were great, fun folks. No attitudes, they just wanted to wheel with someone.

It's a shame that they can't put aside their petty problems with us and our style of rigs at least this one weekend of the year considering why we all go there. The Rally for Life is a great cause and they should be there for the Rally and not to put down people with rigs that are differnet then theirs. All they are doing is hurting the cause.

I was not there and cannot comment BUT:

I have been involved in a few events with MB's over the years. I have never experienced any kind of animosity from them as a group. They are exclusively wrangler-style as that is what they want their club to be. Much like a mustang car club. Sure, there seems to be a large group of boneheaded wrangler owners who think that their feces is not odiferous, but I have never had it be an organized thing from the MB guys.

Greg (aka HozerCJ7) asked me to clearify this issue. He helped organize the event, and said that Rob just grabbed the mic and thanked who he knew was involved. He (Hozer) also keeps calling us Lost Valley; not sure why, but that's what his brain keeps doing. So it's likely that he mentioned Lost Valley to Rob when he meant LOST KJ's. No excuse, but he wanted you to know that your help was appreciate and he hopes to have you guys back as full sponsoring club next year.

From all I read at the muddy buddy site, the one thing I can't forget was TBJ saying "I'll".....

ThunderbirdJunkie only refers to himself as "I" when he is not a regular member.

Otherwise, thos guys might think he is weird

Sidenote, he sent out a company-wide email the other day and referred to himself in the third person. Now people all across the country that DON'T frequent lost think he's lost his marbles
