How did you avoid rear shock rattling or are you suffering with it?

A couple of grade 8 washers and the rear shock does not rattle.

Also, I'm not using the HD shocks in the rear, I'm using a longer 5125 Bilstein.

Calam,

So you think the rattle comes from the ends of the bolt against the bracket instead of being due to the shock bushings being much larger than the bolts?

Also, did you find your different Bilsteins to have smaller bushings than OEM?

So, you put a (tight?) grade 8 washer under the head of each shock bolt and under the nut on the bottom?

Did you also put one between the eye and the body on the top side?
