This may be a stupid question but.......

How'd you get the spring back in (on the trail I mean)... or did you? Did you drive home with it in passenger seat?

Hey - c'mon... I'm playing the "wheelin virgin" card here...

I did this the second time I went wheelin and didn't know what to do. I placed the top of the spring where it belongs on the spring mount and took my jack handle, put one end inside the lower part of the spring and the other end wedged against the tire for leverage... Then compressed the spring and popped right back in 8) !! I was wiggin out at the time. :x

I lifted up the back end with the hi lift, and i put the stock jack on the side at first very unsafely stacked on some rocks then later i found a floor jack put that in the stock jacks place and used the stock jack on top of the axle to extend the shock. took about 15 mins to come up with that and 30 mins later had it back and hit the trail. Suprisingly the shock wasn't hurt. . .

What amazes me is how level the KJ stays when it goes off camber. Part of what gives it such good trail manners.

These are from last weekend at badlands. I've got better ones on my other computer but the power supply blew.

i took it off so it wouldn't get ripped off. it turns out it was a good idea. I dug the tow hook into the ground a few times. :)
