Well as Scout put it the other day what a P I T A it was doing this. I had to do a couple re drills here and there as well as some extra cutting but its on.....

here we go with measuring it out

Image

Image

This kinda thru me for loop.. but worked around it...

Image

Image

Let the drilling begin.......

Image

Image

Ok there's no turning back now...

Image

Image

Image

And the middle fender oval cut....

Image

Image

This wasn't fun at all....

Image

the two together as to make sure all was the same..

Image

more inner fender...

Image

And the airbox....

Image

Image

Image

I had some clear door edge guards laying around so I used those after I smoothed out all the cuts as a added measure..worked pretty good...

Image

Image

Image

and here she is...

Image

Image

Image

Dont ever wann go thru this again.. I had a lot of interruptions thru out the day which didn't help. I started at 9 am and finished a 9 pm :x  but all in all its DONE !!!!

Nice work and nice write up ... That could really help someone who is trying that for the first time! The door guard was a great idea.

 I could have used that cut out snork to mesure mine... :( As for the middle and inner fenders... I used a plasma cutter... much faster  Good write up with the pics, I wish I had something like this to go off of.
