I agree with UFO, factory size is fine, not to mention we already have clearance issues.
I do however prefer a set of silver powder coated ones when they are available. 8)

I second the boost gauge bung. I would also like a raw uncoated option. That would allow me to save a little up front and allow for flexibility in customizing them to personal taste.

I would also be interested in aluminum. I have aluminum on my ISX with silicone boots. Stainless would be prettier, but I would be interested in Aluminum if the cost was cheaper. Either would darn sure hold up better than the stock hoses.

We can look into this but I prefer to run mild steel, its easier to work with and way more affordable.

Alright guys we have the hot side done, and will be diving into the cold side the coming week. I didn't get a chance to snap any pictures so that hopefully can wait till we have the whole set done.

We will be building them out of 2.5 inch mild steel and getting them coated in either black or silver. We will be using 4 ply silicone for the couplers that is good to 40 psi. If you want 5 ply we can get it, but its about 4 times the cost of 4 ply.

I will get a set on a locat test car to get some reveiws of it posted up and then we will take it from there with moving into production. Sorry it has taken so long but current work schedule has us backed up doing misc things and install at the shop, just been very busy.

Should be 2 weeks before we have something finished up for you guys to see, and initial impressions will be shortly after that. Thanks.

Cold side for the boost gauge nipple or the hot side (I suspect cold side but you never know).

It's been a while so I was wondering if this has "fizzled" out. I might have to spend the money on the GDE tune if this is going nowhere.

If that money is burning a hole in your pocket, send it my way.

It seams I have plenty of places to spend it. I am just going down my priority list and this was on top as I have 49,000 miles on the original hoses. I saw you have the Michelin tires. I have used the LTX M/S on my S10 Blazers and really like them. Tires are on my list also. Any road noise from the AT2?

Those tires are great, quiet and smooth. Sometimes they feel scary in the rain like no feel of the road but that may be just me not used to good quality tires.

Any update here? I really need some new hoses. Mine are starting to fall apart on me.

I got tired of waiting and ordered a OEM outlet hose friday from the dealer. They gave me the same price as moparpartsamerica.com. $80.00. My Gorilla tape fix has lasted for 3 months, but was starting to melt.

I wonder if these custom CAC pipes are like the bumper deal?
