Does any one know how to remove and reinstall the rear quarter windows? I'm assuming a new seal will be required, anything else that I need to pick up? TIA!

They are glued in just like the windshield. To remove one at a junkyard you ideally need a cold knife:

I have this kit which sucks monkey balls:

(it sucks to use, but should also work)

Or if your really lucky a friend will have one of these you can borrow:

To install a new window you need to have it glued in just like a windshield, find a small independent shop to do it for you, it shouldn't cost more than about $50 from them.

When I had safelite install the windshield after we fixed the rollover I got the guy doing the windshield to glue in the 1/4 window for free. Luckily for me now my neighbor works for a winshield company and is willing to do jobs like that for me for cheap.

So, break a window?

Nope, just a little project that I'm working on... Which is beginning to nickel and dime me to death...

You know if they use a non hardening sealant at the factory where with a little heat it will allow extraction. Or am I stuck going to a shop?

Its a hardening urethane just like the front windshield.

To remove it you need only use that cold knife. To install a new one you gotta have someone glue it in.
