 Post subject: oem skids

I want OEM skids, but I can't find a site that sells them for a 03 cheap...all i can find in 05-07

Thats all thats available these days. You have to buy them and drill holes as needed.

Check http://www.JParts.com They are the cheapest I've found for new. Don't worry about the year to much as long as it's for a KJ and not a KK your good. IIRC the only difference is in the mounting of the transmission skid. But it's an easy mod to get it to work.

I believe they did change one of the mounting holes on the rear of the engine skid - on the '02-04 models the drivers side opening was further out than on the later models where they matched up with the trans skid holes. Not really a problem if you have a drill, just something to keep in mind. Also I believe one of the mount points on the t-case skid changed since I could only get three of the bolts to line up, again not a big problem.

search for Mopar skids not OEM skids. should get a whole set for 150 bucks plus the gas tank (150) 300 or so .
