For the past few week I am getting a vibration in/from my front pass side. its only noticeable at highway speeds 65+ so I looked under there and everything "appears" to be squared away. bolts tight etc. So what can it be? I hoping its just an alignment thing. I sure hope there are no hair line cracks or something like that in my UCA, LCA etc.. Any thoughts?

have ya rotated tires or anything latley?

my front tires were kinda cupped on the inside edge from my jello suspension, it took about 500-800 miles to wear them smooth again

Standard internet diagnosis question  :

1. Worse when accelerating?
2. Worse when braking?
3. Does it ever go away?
4. Do you feel it in the seat or the steering wheel?

Right off the bat I would say switchyour front tires and see if the problem stays on the left or follows the tire. If it follows the tire, piece of cake. If it doesn't, take a prybar and start prying on everything to see what's loose :D

its only noticeable while on the freeway, it vibrates so bad that my rear view mirror shakes and cant even see who behind me. no noticeable difference when braking or accelerating. it only goes away or is not noticeable below 65mph. i don't feel it in the seat persay but slightly in the steering wheel yes. But IO can feel its coming from front pass side.

Hmmm... try putting it in 4hi and do some parking lot turns and see if it feels funny.

If it is the CV shaft you might get some grinding, clunking, or some other riff-raff going on up there when it's near full lock one way or the other.

Did you check your L hand rod end for play by the rack?

Unless you have full time 4x4 I wouldn't do turns in a parking lot... But that's just me...

Is the Noise "Rotational" like it is faster when the wheels are spinning faster?

Have you been in mud lately?

There's an easy way to check this stuff... go underneath there with a prybar or something and start checking things for play. If something seems odd, compare it to the other side to get a better idea if it's normal or not. In general you want to pry them up or down, then push in/pull out, then rotate... that'll give you a good indication...

And 4hi would be just fine for some diagnostic pavement turns... (edit: sorry I was stuck in full sized truck mode.... full time 4x4 not part time 4x4 is fine for the pavement  )

start your Jeep and stay stationary

Rock the steering wheel back and forth and feel/listen for a thud or clunk

no issues there, went full lock both ways and no noises other than the steering pump doing its thing when in full lock also rocked it and nothing noticeable
